1. Do I have to pay in full at the time of booking?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged 14 days before arrival. Guests booking within 14 days of arrival are charged the full amount at checkout.
2. Can I pay in full if I want to?
Yes. Guests may choose to pay the full balance at any time after booking by requesting a payment link or paying early through the guest portal.
3. What is the cancellation policy?
100% refund up to 14 days before arrival,
50% refund up to 7 days before arrival.
4. What is the minimum stay requirement?
we do not require minimum stay lengths.
5. How many guests can stay at Soulrest?
Soulrest has been mindfully crafted to be an welness experience for two adults and thus is only meant to accommodate two guests.
6. Are children or pets allowed?
As a wellness retreat for adults, we generally do not allow children or pets, but of course comply with ADA requirements for accredited service animals.
